Limited understanding of branding concepts, visual identity, and the use of social media makes their products less competitive and mostly confined to local markets. This community service program aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in designing brand identity and managing digital promotion. The method employed consists of participatory training and mentoring through interactive lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating logos and promotional materials using Canva, followed by simulated use of social media platforms. The results indicate improved understanding of branding, the ability to design logos and digital promotional materials, and increased confidence in marketing products through online platforms. Overall, the program contributes to strengthening economic independence based on sewing skills.
2025-12-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Edukasi dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakathttps://ojs.inlic.org/index.php/jepkm/article/view/302Penerapan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) di Laboratorium Tata Boga, Universitas Negeri Makassar2025-12-01T10:05:55+00:00Muliani Mulianimuliani@unm.ac.idRatnawati Tratnawati.t@unm.ac.idPerawati Simaremareperawatisimaremare@unm.ac.idAndi Khaerun Nizaandi.khaerun.niza@unm.ac.idRizki Isnaenirizki.isnaeni@unm.ac.id
This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of first-year students in the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the laboratory for the Basic Culinary course.
